Reminder:
Dear Evo Members and Residents-
Please be advised that our janitorial contractor, PTC, will clean the parking garages starting next week and extending to January 25th. This cleaning will include your parking space --- if your space is vacant at the time of cleaning. We hope you can make your space available for cleaning per the following schedule, but if you can't, we'll try again next quarter!

Based on the details below, Kevin from Get Down Auto Detail is prepared to wash your vehicle(s) during the cleaning of the parking structures. Get Down Auto Detail will offer residents Tuesday - Friday only $15 for exterior wash. The hours of operation are from 9am - 4pm. We have space for 16-20 autos per day so please be sure to reserve with your Concierge. If you have additional questions please contact Doris or Paul at 213-744-1035.
